some people get really triggered by summer and I completely understand it but I really think fall gets me more.
Like I really want to pick out a costume and not worry about my weight.
I want to wear cute skirts and baggy sweatshirts without looking like they’re tight.
I want to wear chunky boots with skinny legs.
Thigh highs that actually fit my thighs and don’t cut off circulation.

TIPS + HOW TO:
*wear a booty band (the fabric ones are more comfortable) around your thighs, about 4-5 inches above your knees for all of the exercises listed*

This recipe is actually really good,
AND ZERO CALORIES
(Including a 0 kcal jello recipe)
0 kcal slushies
1 cup of 0 kcal jello *
5-10 ice cubes
Put the ice cubes and jello in a blender, and blend it. Thats really all there is. Use less jello for a more fluid consistency, more for a creamier. You can also add water If you want it smoothie-like.
*zero kcal jello recipe:
- 4dl Water
- 1dl of whatever zero kcal flavor you’d like (i used a concentrate called «Zeroh» with strawberry flavour)
- 2 table spoons of Gelatine-powder
Heat up the liquid, and wait until it boils. Add your gelatine, and stir it nicely. Pour it in a mold of your choice, (i just used a tupperware box) and place it in the fridge. I waited 4 hours, and the jello was the perfect consistence!
And thats all! Enjoy your zero calorie meal/snack/whatever!
